​Jolene Loetscher is currently chief executive officer of Mud Mile Communications and its newest division, Adrenaline Sports Marketing. In 2011, she first publicly shared about being sexually abused growing up led to working to repeal the statute of limitations for criminal rape cases in South Dakota. Then in 2014, South Dakota established Jolene’s Law Task Force, named for Jolene. The work of Jolene’s Law led to the creation of a ten-year action plan to eradicate child abuse in South Dakota. She is a Coca-Cola scholar, and in 2019, was selected as South Dakota’s first Presidential Leadership Scholar. She is emeritus chair of the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation Alumni Board; a board member of the Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment; a board member of the South Dakota African American History Museum; a former board member of Jolene’s Law Task Force (Gubernatorial Appointment); former member of the Board of Advisors of Wingspan.com Bank/Bank One; and a former member of the Board of Directors of American Red Cross South Dakota. Jolene is a Fellow of the Civil Society Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
